Valles stone.
The peculiarity of this project is the use of a single mixture of technical grits of the GHR series to obtain a TRANSPARENT MATT grit that maintains the definition, melting at the same time. Some areas have been highlighted by GLOSSY applied with LOW EMISSION SCD1990LE glue. The final effect is some defined transparent matt areas and others with an almost crystallization effect due to the fusion of glossy with glue and grit. To accentuate the stone effect and make it as natural as possible, an airless coating of anti-reflective SSM154 glaze has been applied.
Grainy stone with contrasting floral graphics made with a mixture of technical grits from the GHR series and WHITE MATT grits from the GRA series; the final result is a semi opalescent matt grit.
This mixture, due to its matt effect, has been applied on LOW EMISSION SCD1990LE digital glue to delimit and highlight some portions of the graphics. The final result is a surface reinforced by the covering of MATT SSM97 glaze that interacts with the GLOSSY in the uncovered points.
Black Stone
Coming from Belgium, it is a recovery stone with corrosion and scratches caused by tread.
Limestone of remarkable quality and strength, already used for many centuries in Belgian regional architecture.
The surface is enriched by the new grits of the GRX series.
Remake of Cardoso stone with the application of a new mixture of technical grits from the GHR series with a transparent and sugary appearance.
The precious effect is obtained thanks to the LOW EMISSION SCD1990LE glue combined with grainy graphic and with grit application. The same sugary effect can also be found in the portions uncovered by the grit, using the GLOSSY combined with the matt SSM154 glaze and the addition of microgrits from GHR series.
Slate stone,
made with a mixture of transparent technical grits of the GHR series with interlocking graphics in many portions, to create relief effects alternating with areas where the anti-reflective matt glaze SSM154 creates a glossy/matt game with GLOSSY.
The desired effect of the grit is a glass that is not completely flat, but slightly rigid and soft to the touch which contrasts with the flat surface of the glaze applied by airless.
A limestone made with soft glaze of the new SOFT TOUCH series enriched with digital materials MATT SCD910E and GLOSSY SCD905E which interact with the glaze. The application of the digital materials Glossy and Matt, both worked in gray scale, create movement on the smooth surface of the tile obtaining some more detailed and other more nuanced portions, evident against the light.
The final protection was obtained with Matt glaze of the SOFT TOUCH series by airless application.
BARDIGLIO STONE
Carrara marble characterized by a fine grain that emphasized nuances and depth. The uneven veining makes the marble extremely fascinating.
The finishing of surface, achieved by the application of technical grits GHR 19.12 and GHR 15.15, intensifies the refraction of light on the subject and interprets the product in technical terms thanks to different graphics obtained by using laser etching.
Red Marble
This marble expresses tradition in an exclusive, evolving style of research and innovation.
Natural stone is transformed into a unique material thanks to a tailor made design made with the highest expression of the unparalleled Italian style.
The red color has been realized thanks to a new Sicer ink, this tone intensity has never been reached before.
Italian marble from the quarries of Puglia, in particular from the area of Trani, which is a fine ornamental marble production area of metamorphic origin. The very light color comes from the complete absence of impurities.
A stars nebula in the Space.
The project was carried out with a mix of technical grits of the GSM series, in particle size .29, mixed with a special glaze SSM69 that favors the metallization of the GSM grits.
Norwegian river rock.
The project was realized with coloured technical grits, series GRX, in combination with metallic grit GSM300 coloured direct in the body.
The grits were applied with digital glue SCD1990LE. The finishing was obtained with Digital Glossy glaze SCD905E and matt glaze.
Orange Sheet
Metal as a furniture and design material fits perfectly into a modern style.
Colors, lights and smells of ancient industrial buildings.
The games of light and reflections intensify all the shades of corten, a material that combines modern style and elegance.
The surface is characterized by the application of technical grits GHR and metal grits of GSM series.
Wood in natural walnut white painting. The inspiration comes from the precious wood used in noble dwellings for the creation of the typical coffered decorated ceilings.
Real wood’s flavor and formwork concrete perfectly combine. Balance is given by the totality of different color tonalities but perfectly in harmony with each other. An encounter of two types of different material, but complementary.
MERBAU WOOD
Native to the forests of Asia, Burma, Laos and Madagascar.
The Merbau with exposure to light tends to become darker; for this reason wood of the same origin can be also very different from each other.
Appreciated for its strength, it is characterized by veining of color brown/red due to the absorption of different minerals during the growth.
This particular color effect has been enriched by the application of polished grits of GHR line.
ITALIAN COTTO
The patterns of the oriental carpets meet the italian cotto tradition.
The project is made of different designs and colors shades perfectly in harmony with each other.
Creating an elegant and pleasant patchwork realized through the application of technical microgrits GHR.
Natural stone coming from Veneto region. A very soft to the touch stone and apparently simple, but particular for its nuances that enrich every kind of style, from modern to classic.
Majolica project in which “ceramic material” is the protagonist; tradition reinterpreted in a modern key.
The first effect is achieved with an application of transparent soft matt grit from the GHR series on LOW EMISSION GLUE with a final covering of matt waxy SSM123 glaze. The union of this two materials creates an extremely soft and pleasant to the touch silky matt surface.
The second effect is always made on a base of SCD1990LE glue with a dry application of a new very bright and transparent grit from the GRA series. The final covering is made by a transparent glossy SSM44 glaze that creates a shiny glass effect.
Vintage Concrete made with two different grits and with soft matt glaze.
The first mixture consists of a soft matt technical grit of the GHR series with a glazed GRS grit and a white matt GRA grit. The second mix is made from technical matt microgrits of the GHR series. The final goal is to obtain multiple surfaces on tiles using two grits; with the first one, create precious neutral portions and other more defined and white, with the second one, create soft and transparent areas.
Both grits integrate with the matt glaze SSM87 to create silky areas for a soft and pleasant final touch effect.
Multicolor quartzite designed by mixing pieces worked with three different mix of grits.
The first is a mixture of grits from the GHR and GRA series to obtain a transparent matt mix.
The second is a mix between a transparent soft GRA grit and a covering matt white GRA grit.
The third is a mixture of MATT soft transparent grit with MATT LUSTER of the GRS series.
The project was carried out using the power of the LOW EMISSION SCD1990LE glue to create important portions in relief interlocking with the graphics, thus highlighting the transparency of the grit.
The surface of the grits is intentionally soft to simulate a worn effect and contrasts with the final covering made by MATT SSM61 glaze with the addition of microgrits from the GHR series.
